Told me he won't be able to make the spring game as he's attending his little sister's birthday, but will be in Boulder Sunday/Monday before potentially catching a flight to Oklahoma State. He said CU is in his top three, despite lack of offer.

Ringo confirmed he was at practice today and said he looked like he could play now based on size.

Utah looks like the favorite right now. Hopefully he was impressed yesterday. He's massive. Want

No offer from CU yet. Utah/Utah State/Oregon State/Washington State and just landed an offer from BYU.

This kid could play today. Stay on this offer coaches.

He certainly has the size to play early. I think the coaches would really like to get to a spot where they're not playing freshmen on the OL. A 5th year senior will almost always be better than a true freshman. That said, if he can play, and would be an upgrade over what we have currently, get him in there.

I like this kid a lot, I hope we can land him. I'm curious to see what others think where he could/should play on the line. Yes he's huge, but he doesn't seem to have quick enough feet to play tackle in the Pac 12. I'll admit I know practically nothing when it comes to evaluating linemen.

I agree with you. Even against Utah HS competition, he was giving up the outside to pass rushers. That said, I think you still recruit him as a RT and focus on his technique, footwork and foot speed/agility drills. He'll never be the most athletic lineman on the team, but he should show improvement and that size can mask some flaws.

Their Jr. Tackle Is Actually Better. Between Corner And Timp, I'm Guessing 8 d-1 Scholies
