The 6'3" height on his hudl page may be a bit generous. CU coaches will find out this weekend, as he's one of several QBs who will be in town to throw for the staff.

Iirc when I watched his film a while ago he struck me more as a Lindgren QB than Kearns.

How do you mean, Slider?

Similar size to Gehrke/Apsay. Already runs a similar offense to CU. Quick release and average arm strength. Kearns seems to fit a Pro-Style offense. JMO. Having said that, we'll probably end up with Kearns

Agree. Much more impressed with his film than Kearns...

I really like his accuracy, mobility, and competitiveness. I don't like how often he is leaving the pocket (this may be because his o-line is not great, but still something i noticed).

per his twitter (hat tip Kyle McCall) CU has offered. He's also an Elite 11 finalist due his success at a camp.

This is an interesting development. The latest rivals article implied he was leaning csu but that was before our offer

I hope he's not planning to major in fibers, otherwise we're screwed.

Latest on his selection to the Elite 11

Ross Bowers, Bothell (Wash.), 2015. Bowers was solid all weekend at the Oakland Elite 11 Regional Tryout and then the Oakland NFTC. He returned to the Oregon NFTC intent on getting a spot into the Elite 11 Finals and The Opening and not only did he earn QB MVP honors, but he also punched his ticket to Beaverton. We've seen Bowers a ton since his sophomore season, in games, 7v7 tournaments and at camps, and his improvement has been one of the storylines of the spring in the region. While he may not be the high-profle QB recruit some of the other QBs headed to Beaverton are, his performance on Sunday coming on the heels of Oakland put him in rare company.

I know he was really high on csu  but would be really surprised if a PAC 12 offer didn't sway his mind. Don't see why he would like the rams over CU.

There are bound to be a couple of guys a decade that will inexplicably choose the Lambs over CU. That's not a reason to go full-retard.

His grandma is down, and on Twitter

That Schneider stuff is interesting. In a June 5 Rivals story he didn't list CSU in his top three.
