ESPN scouting report talks about Hemsley's energy who can light it up but is a bit of a streaky shooter. Kid is a phenomenal talent, and I knew we were interested, but hadn't realized we had officially offered yet. Hat tip to Will & the Rivals crew on that one.

Hemsley, who is on his way to becoming one of the most talented combo guards in the country next year, had high praise for the Buffaloes after conversations with Tad Boyle.

"They're such a great school," he said. "That's like a dream school to go to. Who wouldn't want to go to that school?

So he's 6'4" now? If so I think Tad must be prophet because he has an uncanny ability to find guards that have late growth spurts.

This is almost two months old, but I just stumbled across it. From ESPN:

Jack of all trades
Jeremy Hemsley (La Verne, Calif./Damien)
2015, CG, 6-foot-4, 185 pounds
Status: Claims offers from Gonzaga, Colorado, USC, UCONN, Loyola Marymount, San Diego State, and Oregon.

If you're wondering what Jrue Holiday looked like in high school, look no further than Hemsley. Like Holiday, he affects the game with his never-say-die attitude at both ends of the floor and his overall feel for the game. His jump shot needs to get smoother as does finishing with his left hand, but his explosiveness and willingness to make others better around him is uncanny.

There's a decent chance I get into a fight with RK at some point over Hemsley vs Rex.

Or Tad could just make us both happy and take both of the kids.

Who sponsors his AAU?

It looks like this is Washington or SDSU

I think we are all taking this "AAU Sponsorship" thing too seriously...

Probably. Honestly, it only worries me a lot if we're talking about a 5* being influenced to a more prestigious program or if a Top 100 guy has an AAU shoe affiliation with Adidas or Under Armour.
