Bondurant is the guy who keys the UA defense. In Rich Rod's 3-3-5 he is the rover making plays all over the field. Questionable defense to begin with. This would be a HUGE blow to them if he has left the team. 22 TFLs and 4 INTs last season (2 TDs).

I really thought that RichRod was going to be a good coach for UofA, that Michigan was an aberation for a good coach. Instead it looks like a repeat, high expectations and some headline recruits but problems at the core of the program. He had some high profile defections at Mich. As well prior to getting fired. Kids (and supporters) complained about the culture in the program and a lack of respect.

Is the end of the RichRod era in the desert coming?

Sure would be nice to steal a road victory on nov 8th. The Pac12 hasn't had many programs treading water. Maybe CU can close the gap on a division rival.

Not having to face Ka'Deem Carey and now Bondurant this season is a good thing.

Somewhere on these boards I'm on record saying RichRod was a risky hire and I got blasted for it.

You guys may want to pump the brakes on Dick Rod's demise. Or stop using your Jump to Conclusions mats.

Yeah. Wasn't my point with this thread. What we are seeing is pretty much exactly what he built at WVU. Tons of speed with the vast majority of the talent on the offensive side.

My point of this was that this season they're particularly unbalanced and losing Bondurant means that he needs to find his QB fast because he's going to have to win by shoot-out.

No doubt, Nik. Truth be told, I think Dick Rod is not afraid to win via shoot out compared to most other coaches. But their margin for error could be pretty small.

Ill make them some taco salad and put that salsa I bought with the ghost peppers in it. It even has a warning label, I'm like, yeah right. That stuff is way hot. They won't be interested in football, trust me. Gotta pull out all the stops lol.

Yeah. I saw that. Back but not really practicing. He really had no options other than sucking it up and following whatever Rich Rod's disciplinary plan back was.
