I just watched some of the one-on-one interviews done by Mark Johnson during CU media day and it really made this team even easier to root for. They can be seen here. http://www.cubuffs.com/SportSelect.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=600&SPID=255&SPSID=3843&DB_OEM_ID=600

It was interesting to learn that Derek McCartney is hoping to go on to med school after his time at CU and just see how "together" a lot of the players are.

Looking forward to watching the players grow both on the field and off during their time at CU.
 
It is getting to that time of year where I want them to taste at least some success so bad. It is at the point where I am very excited for the season to kick off and hard not to have some hope of some wins.
 
Amazing how well-spoken and seemingly intelligent most of the players are. You got through their BIOs and it appears most are multi-sport athletes, who come from two-parent families, as well.

Oh well, that stuff sure disqualifies them from posting here in the future!

Not the point of my post at all, but now it makes sense to me why your rep is such a deep shad of red. Who knows, a couple more great posts and you might be the first one to go purple.
