Very good football player. Hits like a truck, but also has very good instincts & body control/athleticism to go along with surprising speed. Has a great burst to explode into contact... and he seems to really like that contact.
 
Talk about a class changer. Instant upgrade at one of our weakest positions. Really could use the help.
 
My new favorite target. Which coach is his lead recruiter? Let's bring him to the mountains.
 
I'm not going to get my hopes up, but... when our main competition is Washington State and San Diego State, we should be in good shape.

It looks like he was camp measured at 6'0.5", so it's fine for a linebacker if not ideal. Probably why certain programs aren't recruiting him hard any more. If a LB is under 6'3" they won't make an exception unless the kid's running a 4.5 or better.
 
Surprised those schools are in the mix. Was considered an Arizona lock at one point.
 
Tezino's not small. He's a bit below NFL ideal for a LB, but he's certainly not short. I wish I hadn't brought up the height thing as speculation on why he may not have as many opportunities as he should.

He'd be an amazing pickup for CU.

Kickoffs and Punts would certainly get more exciting, at the very least. Good lord.
 
Just realized he goes to the same HS as Jeremy Kelly. Hopefully Jeremy gives a rave review and convinces Kyahva to see for himself.
 
Credit to Wazzu for their recruiting this cycle. They did a great job of parlaying last year's bowl appearance into a significant bump to recruiting.

I have no idea why a defensive guy would want to play in that system, though. Or a RB.
 
Tough to understand how anyone could want to play for a jerk like Leach over someone like MacIntyre. And Pullman over Boulder? Not a wise decision
