Arguably the top WR out west in the 2015 class, Kirk is a speedy playmaker who is a national recruit. That 4.49 is legit, as it was electronically timed at the Nike Opening this past summer.

Texas A&M

This is a huge miss for ASU. Everyone was thinking Kirk would be a Sun Devil. Their fans are going to go ape **** on this.

Does A&M still have 20 other receivers on the roster?

This kid had some amazing stats this year, from the ESPN article:
Playing all over the field as a senior, Kirk rushed 159 times for 1,692 yards and 25 touchdowns, caught 61 passes for 1,187 yards and 17 touchdowns, registered 49 tackles and four interceptions -- two returned for touchdowns -- and blocked two kicks and returned a kickoff and punt for touchdowns.

Coach Shaun Aguano felt [CU commit Justin] Jan was under-recruited mainly because he played under Dionte Sykes last year and didn't have junior film that college coaches want.

But he established himself as one of the state's top receivers this season, catching 48 passes for 918 yards and 16 touchdowns for the 13-1 state champion Wolves.

Before the state playoffs began, Aguano emailed that he felt Jan was "the best receiver next to Christian Kirk (of Scottsdale Saguaro)."

Why I have long advocated hitting AZ hard. Players leave the state often, this is the time to establish in-roads.

Yes, and they're all ridiculously athletic but have stone hands. If Kirk can reel in anything that's thrown his way they'd be looking at someone who will probably set records for them.
