'15 CA WR Tony Brown (Transfer to COLORADO)

I know this was covered before but this is somewhat anti-climatic given that he supposedly still plans on an OV to UCLA regardless of who he picks today. If UCLA is in fact his dream school and they give him enough love, today's decision could be irrelevant.

Agree. But I think he is gonna pick UCLA anyway so not sure it matters.

Also not sure why some people are reporting it's between us ant TT.

I'd announce it on Twitter and then tell everyone in the room to check their phones

In recent interviews he stated that he was going to announce his decision today between CU and TT. But he has also said he still plans to take is OV to UCLA.

We'll see. My money is on UCLA but I REALLY want him. Think he is going to be awesome.

Just because he plans a visit does not mean he is going to go to UCLA i feel like everybody is forgetting that.

If true that sucks. We got beat out by an ex CU grad! Also, surprising he'd go to TT knowing he'll likely never play in front of his friends and family.

no one has tweeted yet. And there are guys there.

My guess TT scout hit the button before they were supposed to. also time stamp is way too early. someone hit publish to early.

Best of luck to him at Tech. They will sling the ball all over the yard. If I was a HS WR recruit, I'd love knowing I will get 6-10 targets per game.

This just seems to be a case of a kid feeling really comfortable with a coach. I guess I kind of get that. But a wise old person once said, "Don't pick a school for the coaching staff. Pick it for the school." I think that was old man was Bill McCartney.

I know we tend, as fans, to internalize these things and take them kind of personally. I know I fight that feeling even now. But I'm much better than I was in the past. It didn't work out. The kid made, I'm sure, a very tough decision. The way I look at it, this just creates another opportunity at CU for another young man. But I do get the frustration we are all feeling with our seeming inability to get over the hump in the win column and the recruiting ledger.

Damn, was hoping we would get brown after not getting the wyoming kid. We're used to losing recruiting battles so oh well, coach them up and there are still some good ones left. Go buffs
