Ran a 10.82 in the 100m this spring (with a claim of a 10.39 in his hudl highlights), so the speed's for real. He's also claiming a 3.82 in the shuttle.

I assume you guys all still like fast guys who play Texas 6A playoff football? :wink2:

Likes to come up and hit, too.

I expect we'll soon be laughing at his initial 2* rating.

Hopefully the Buffs land this kid. If twitter is an indication, we want this one badly. Toyoma, Neinas and MacIntyre are all following. HCMM doesn't follow many guys.

UTerus not in on a kid from Round Rock?

In TX the coaching network is king and there are very few legit kids that slip through the cracks- it is a very efficient recruiting state. New KU coach Dave Beatty seems well plugged into that network- I have no problem offering a TX kid with a KU offer right now and wouldn't be surprised at all if he blows up.

Good point. If CU was going to follow any recruiting offer coattails in Texas right now, I'd suggest piggybacking on KU.

The delay might be a good sign for us.

I wouldn't get my hopes up here. Would be a major curveball if he announced for CU.

Not like it's stopping me from setting up a column on tweetdeck to see what he says tomorrow.

You may want to consider taking the family to Golden Corral today.

KU is going to be pulling some surprises in Texas, methinks.
