BSN: Best case / Worst case: Colorado Football 2015 (Mod Edit: READ THIS)

Not yet done with the best case scenario, and I've laughed out lout three times. Great stuff @RK.

I feel like the worst case is almost summed up by reliving the end of the Hawkins/beginning of the Embree eras.

Got really pumped after reading the best case, though. Good stuff.

This pic still makes me laugh.

Awesome article. The best case scenario brought a tear to the eye! One can dream...

Nice work, RK.

And BP, does the word "Hawaii" have some second, hidden meaning to you that we don't know about?

Thanks for the love guys! Gotta admit, while it's one of the most fun, that piece takes FOREVER to write, so it's really rewarding when it gets a good response.

I read the "Best Case" half and then stopped. My fragile confidence couldn't handle the worse case scenario after the last decade. It would be like Bill Buckner walking back into Shea Stadium.

I read this and replied to Ryan while doing so and have had some time to reflect more.

We already are at worse case. Have been here for most of a decade and especially the last 5 years with the Kansas debacle being both a blessing in disguise and a sign of how bad things would become.

The best case scenario will likely never happen, but the fact is reading it and seeing everything from this team, we are closer to being best case scenario. We shouldn't get blown out by huge amounts this year, we should be competitive in every game but the question is do we turn the corner and win this close games and beat a team we had no business beating like what almost happened against UCLA last year. The only teams I see of 13 games we have NO business beating are USC, ASU and Oregon. Stanford, UCLA and Arizona are next tier since I believe Stanford showed they are more of only just a good team. UCLA is starting a true frosh but they have a ton of talent to offset it but over rated coaching that may hinder it. Arizona is a team CU has played tough and have just been solid, but not spectacular. That means CU has 7 games they have a legit shot in with two of those being what should be sure wins, a couple more being should wins and 3 that could go either way. Add to that the other 6 with 3 being a legit shot and it's not too damn crazy to envision a bowl team, so I am on board, my Kool-Aid is filled and we are going bowling!
