The committee will announce their first top 4 of the season. Who do you have?

1. LSU
2. Clemson
3. Michigan State
4. Ohio State

Baylor better not be in the top 4. They have been consistent no doubt, but their starting QB is out for the year and more importantly their schedule up to this point has been complete garbage. SOS needs to be a big factor.

Top 4.
1. Clemson - toughest schedule to date - FSU coming up.
2. LSU - Good on both sides of the ball - Alabama this weekend.
3. OSU - they keep winning - ugly but undefeated.
4. Baylor - cannot penalize them for the QB being injured (Look at OSU last year).

Currently a bunch of undefeated teams in college football, seems like more than normal for this late in the season.

Conference schedules and championship games will take care of some of them. Houston and Memphis play but if either one ends up undefeated would they end up in the playoff. I would think they would end up behind some 1 loss teams like maybe a Stanford or Notre Dame. Toledo also would get passed over.

Michigan State still plays Ohio State and the winner would then get Iowa if they stay undefeated so that brings those 3 down to 1. Likewise in the B12 Baylor, Okie Light, and TCU all play each other. As much as I hate f*** Baylor I can't see how the last of those 3 standing doesn't get in.

If LSU wins out they would be a lock, even if they lose if you end up with the SEC having a 1 loss LSU or Florida would they be left out.

So.

You are all spelling Clempson wrong.

1. Clempson
2. Michigan State
3. LSU
4. Ohio State

Baylor/TCU 11/28, Michigan State/Ohio State 11/21 and LSU/Alabama next weekend should clear a lot up.

Florida is an interesting case as, barring a slip up, their season comes down to only 2 games: Vs Florida State at the Swamp and Ole Miss/LSU/Alabama in Atlanta,

No but their sos is worthless. MSU has a far stronger resume.

I can't image the reaction if an undefeated B12 champ got left out after they got skipped over last year. Nobody, and I mean nobody, whines like the SWC, err, B12 teams do.

And undefeated B12 Champ would have wins over OU, OSU and TCU/Baylor, so I doubt that´s gonna happen.

Playing most of those late does make an argument for strength of schedule. Not going to happen but the reaction would be interesting if Okie Light was the one that survived.

1. LSU
2. Clemson
3. Michigan State
4. TCU

No way ****ler makes it on my list based on who they have played so far.

Memphis the highest ranked G5 at 13

12 Utah
11 Stanford
10 Florida
9 Iowa
8 TCU
7 Michigan State
6 Baylor
5 ND
4 Alabama
3 OSU
2 LSU
1 Clemson

True, but I think teams 6 - 10 would beat them handily.

Maybe, but I think they look at what each team's done so far and their only loss is a close one to the #1 team. The B12 teams can prove their worth this month, Michigan State plays OSU and Iowa, well, they won't play anyone until the B1G CCG, where they'll probably get steamrolled.

Florida has a legit gripe. Especially when I look at how they're treating Alabama.
