This one is on the Pac-12 nets at 9 eastern for those of us who can't make the keg tonight. The zoomies are not good - a result like UNO would be a concern to say the least.

You've seen them play? They are 3-1 and like all Academy teams play smart and disciplined, using that "Princeton" system."Not good" is pretty damned presumptuous!

Same to presume that about UNO as well. They weren't Wichita State, but they were decent enough, in both size and talent.Any P5 program that falls asleep (or fails to wake up by noon) against either, will find their hands full.

With the kids being on fall break, this is a great opportunity to catch a game with little traffic and favorable parking options.

looking forward to seeing how the team will respond after Sunday's lacklaster performance against Omaha and the Boyle presser.

Abs is 100% correct. They are not good. After the UNO game, if the Buffs "have their hands full" it will be a very bad sign.

Actually Air Force hasn't looked all that bad this year. Their one loss was at Southern Illinois by 2 and the Salukis are off to a nice start. Do I agree a loss to Air Force would be cause for major concern? Yes. Do I think a win by 6 or more points is cause for concern? No. Anything in the middle is...well just more wait and see. That being said CU should be motivated after their last performance. A lackluster showing like what happened Sunday will result in a loss tonight. I don't expect that to happen though.

wont be able to make this one, but last year the zoomies gave us fits (I think we played them the day before thanksgiving then too) and we didnt pull away until late.

Im hoping the defensive effort is stepped up here after coach ripping them all week.

Yes I have seen them play and they are not good. They've beaten 3 teams that are also not good. Air Force is one of the smallest teams in the country and they are one of the worst 3pt shooting teams in the country......this is not an ideal combo. If CU's guards can keep Lyons and Graham out of the paint the game should be over early.

It's a strange AFA team. They can't shoot. Under 70% on FTs and only 20% from 3pt range. Basically, don't give up a lot of back door layups and transition baskets. They basically play a 1 big, 4 guard lineup with Hayden Graham being the guy who needs to be controlled. 6'5" and, by far, their top rebounder and also their most capable scorer along with Trevor Lyons.

This is one of the less dangerous AFA squads I've seen. Probably better than last year's squad, though.

This is not a good AFA squad. Buffs should take this by 15. AFA does what they can but consistently struggles with cupcakes (like needing a buzzer beater to beat 0-4 Mississippi Valley).

They are not shooting the ball like they can....Zach Kocur hasn't really found his range yet and Graham is a much better slasher than shooter but he likes to jack up three's. It should not be much of a contest tonight unless CU sleepwalks through it....they have no real threat to stop Josh Scott and no one to d up on George King the way he is playing right now

the word is out to stop their offensive system is use zone because they have no outside shooting. well, we know tad will not do that so, who knows?

Tad is definitely coaching hands on. Pulled king after afa's first offensive possession due to poor defense. He isn't playing games with having his team buy into his style
