Vote muther ****ers. And remeember last time these teams won big 12 titles...

KSU 2003
CU 2001
NU 1999

haha when are the fuskers gonna catch up?

Just don't think the quarterback will be the savior all are hoping. I expect that the NU game this year will be a reversal of the 2005 game - CU's formal launch into the future while it dashes the fuskers hopes of a Big XII championship appearance (if they are even in that position coming into the game).

I think the South will continue to dominate the championship. However, I wouldn't bet against the red scourge taking the north again.

Probably not, but a much better chance than CU, and our coach isnt making any foolish comments about it

But since we are voting homeristicly today, I will make my official poll vote yes.

Foolish comments? Thats extremely laughable, who is making foolish comments? If I am a fan of Baylor or Iowa State I still want to hear my coach talking and shooting for the ultimate. It's more of a mind game than it is foolish comments. My dad played college football at CU, and he said that Crowder used to always say the same things. The buff players need confidence right now and Hawk is trying to pump them up. Foolish comments is a far cry from what he is doing. Yes he might not get to his goals, but you can't get to them if you don't shoot for them.

BTW, foolish comments is someone who calls people ****in hillbillies or gives throatslash gestures. I'd rather have my coach say we wil win a NC than do that crap.

If its to motivate players, I understand. But that would be better suited behind closed doors, no?

:lol::lol: Who won it in 99 then? Facts, who needs em?

That was a year after I graduated from high school, a long time ago. I think the fuskers are turning into the Boston Red Sox of college football and they have the curse of black friday 2001 on their backs.

Im not saying its something to brag about. But its pretty funny when someone runs retarded smack like that with no clue to what the facts are.

no, not for recruits, and especially not for showing how much confidence you have in your players by saying it publicly.

Alright man, we will see if Hawk can walk the walk, or if its just talk. NC game in 3 right?

You know if Cally made the same statement you jokers would be all over it. So I guess this is just a lesson in homerism.

Your right about it being the other way if Cally was saying it.

Did you even read the ****ing quote, or did you read the fusker boards to get that response. He basically said it would be foolish to put any limitaions on what you think you can achieve. He did not say that we would win every game, he just said that you have to believe that you can in order to do it. Hardly foolish, and what every fan of a ****ing team that went 2-10 wants to hear.

Who is voting "homeristicly" today? What has fabraska shown us that the north is ready to take the mantle from the south. You could have put the poll as will the north take the title this year, and you would get the same results. If they do, good, bring the title back, but we have no reason to believe they can.

I was talking about the Buff fans voting in my poll, not this one.

I'm a homer. I voted yes.

I think NU wins the north and gets to San Antonio. We play well there and I think that both OU and UT are down for their respective programs. I think by that time, Sam will have clicked with the offense and NU will just be on a roll all the way around.

Then I think NU loses to Hawai'i in the Fiesta Bowl, a la OU/Boise

ha!
