Feeling a great year from him, especially playing alongside Tupou. Can't wait to see him disrupt the running game and get some QB pressures.

Our front 7 has a chance to be a real strength and Carrell should be an impactful player there.

It does have a chance...if Tupou comes back, injured players come back and stay healthy and last year's players step it up a little bit. Been a fan too long to hold my breath for anything on this team, but the front 7 should be better, and with the secondary still pretty strong, we should make more strides on the D.

The O really needs to step it up though which is more problematic IMO...with the QB sitch up in the air, a dismal OL and losing our best receiver...I'm not particularly hopeful. Lots of pieces have to fall into place for this team in all 3 phases to make a bowl game...not saying it can't but the football gods have not smiled on this program in a long time.

The ideal starting line up front is Tupou, Carroll, and Kafovalu. But the key is getting Tupou back. With the depth we would have we could be very strong up front.
