Who will score the first points for CU in the 2007 football season?

I'm saying a Terrence Wheatley INT for TD on the lammies fist series!

I do think the buffs are gonna be very aggresive, with many contributors. After hearing some stuff from a reliable source, this team is gonna mean business against csu, the buffs want this game bad and they have worked this offseason for this moment. I actually would not be surprised with s blowout win by the buffs, but I'm just hoping for a win. I have a calm and quite confidence. I feel good about this game.

Was that the same team that the scout squad rolled up ~500 yards on the other day? Or was that rumor just hot air?

I bet you CU physically punishes csu

Too bad we already bet car stickers :smile2: Speaking of which I want to make sure our wagers are in line. We have avatars on the line Saturday, loser puts up the other teams logo til the NU cu game right? Then its a car sticker on that right?

yep

Man Unleah, I'm not so sure on some of your predictions. You know, you do have a *ebraska avatar for a reason. I would be happy with a 1 point win myself. They don't have to blow them out or get 500 yards of offense (it would be nice). I would like this team come out and do the simple things well, not make many mistakes and make a couple of plays when the opportunities presents themselves.

I think Nate Solder will score the first points. 'He's a rumblin', bumblin' at the 10, 5, TOUCHDOWN BUFFALOES!!!!!!!'

CU wins the toss takes the ball and marches 70 yards for the score, eating up chunks of yards along the way, capped off by a 2 yd off tackle run by Sumler for the first points of 07. Hawkins to Williams on a deep post-corner early in the drive is the highlight play of the opening march for CU.
