Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde has a star in the making in wide receiver Bryan Thompson, who has the speed to run by cornerbacks and the excellent hands to haul in passes. Thompson also has an athletic, physical build so cornerbacks can’t jam him or take him off routes. Arizona State, Colorado, UNLV and Washington have offered so far and many others could be coming.

Added a Boise State offer.

Which makes me even happier that you guys just landed your second WR commit in Lavisa Shenault. I'm thinking you have to be close to done recruiting WRs this year with your current roster plus the commits in this class?

Probably going to grab 1 or 2 more. If we are transitioning to an air raid type system, we need a lot of guys.

CU's got the 2 WRs and a traditional TE. Probably looking to add 1 more WR and maybe another TE, which could be more of a flex type guy who is in the databases as a WR right now.

I actually didn't know you guys were going to the air raid. That might be one of the reasons you were able to get Shenault over schools like Bama and LSU. Wide receivers want to go where they're going to get plenty of opportunities to play and put up stats.

Thanks for the info.

It is going to be a hybrid type system. Chiaverini, our new CO-OC is bringing in Air-Raid elements from TTU. Still need more Wideouts.

Decommitted from Boise. One last visit scheduled to Nebraska. Looks like Oregon may lead.
