Need a friend? Here is the Admin for our facebook page:

You have all been followed by Me and AllBuffs - for those of you that didnt get a shout out yesterday I'll do some more today

with us knocking on the door of 10k I thought I'd bump this thread

We did this thread last year, and I like to push it again and add that @allbuffs now has a lightly used Instagram account. Any one who wants a twitter/insta follow post in here.

And we are still knocking on the door of 10k

Social media is poison.

Allbuffs and 247 are my only socials and I try to avoid reading 247 besides Adam.

I don't dismiss the (poisonous) negative aspects of SM, but I believe that I've overall benefited from social media -- met new friends, connected with old friends, stayed current on topics of interest, followed lives of family and friends at a closer level than previously afforded, etc... For me, avoiding SM would be the proverbial "throwing out the baby with the bathwater".

I'm aware and cautious that I do spend too much time screwing around on it though. Especially when I travel, I tend to doom scroll when I should be sleeping.
