Thoughts?

I think this a positive sign. We need to get the game sold out though, that's ridiculous if we can't. Prime time, big name opponent.

Only 3.5 dogs? Wow, that really surprises me. I would have expected double digits.

Home team gets 3 points per default, so they expect FSU to win by a TD. Sounds about right.

True that the home team gets about 3 points. So that means if this game was being played in Tallahassee then FSU would be favored by 9-10 points, which still seems low. Hell, ASU was a 14-point favorite over us.

Moved up to -4. It won't go up to 8 or 9. I'd be shocked if it did, and I'd also put a lot of money on CU at that point. :wink2:

BoulderBuff, what do you think is our biggest advantage?

altitude, time of day (night), hometown crowd ready for blood, team ready to perform in front of hometown crowd ready for blood, senile opposing head coach, lack of insane heat at gametime...

...that is a start...

Everybody in Vegas has this at 4 now, and the MGM Mirage already has it at 4.5. I also can't believe we haven't sold this game out yet. The forecast looks perfect, probably low 70's at kickoff.

just checked CUbuffs.com and pricey tickets are definitely still available I got offered 2 in 107 for 204$$

Yea I got that too. I also tried 207 and it offered me 2 at $50 a pop.

Those both sound like season ticket sections to me. Just a guess, but they could be unused season tickets that have been turned back into CU for re-sale. I'm pretty sure CU does offer this.

It's always nice when we can say its because our team is better.

On CUBUFFS.COM today (9-11-07),

A sellout crowd of 53,750 is very possible for the contest, as CU has about 3,000 tickets remaining for the game (Florida State did return some)
