We owned OU, look at the stats

OU whipped by the Boise connection again - Stoops probably wonders what that is all about and even where the hell Idaho is

OU had one solid offensive drive all day. This team is starting to get scary, with youngsters like Miller, Maiva, Hawkins, Celestine, Smith, Sumler, etc stepping up.

Held OU to 230 total yards. That's sick! Out gained them by 150 yards. New picture of a crying kid on tv.

Check out the stats between Lil Hawk and Bradford. Who do you want leading your team?

Even down by 10 at half I felt we were outplaying them and at the very least playing WITH them. CU had turnovers in the first half plus the missed 4th-down opportunity at midfield.

I was wondering how soon someone would point out the crying kid.

Incredible job by CU.. Incredible job by the team to stick with the game when we were down 24-7 when other Buff teams of the past would have just given in..

Great job Buffs..

Yea that's another thing that makes this win so impressive, is that we came back from 24-7 down in the 3rd quarter. It's not like we were up big and barely held on for the upset.

Hawk has this program turning around big time.. This team has a lot of pride..

No quit in this team. I said it after the ASU game that it was going to pay off down the road....I didn't think this early though. Awesome win.

Watched the Hawaiian OL guy quite a bit--he would just stonewall guys most of the time on passing downs. Loved what he was doing.

Also noticed that Hugh actually choose to turn inside and take a hit for an axtra couple of yards on several plays instead of dancing out of bounds all the time. Looks like he is finally running with purpose.

Have to wonder--since our two freshmen have started playing on the OL we have put up good running numbers. Wonder if we could have won the ASU or FSU games if they had got in there earlier......

And what clutch catches by DeVree, Celestine, Smith, ect. Without the tipped balls giving OU the short fields (we got those tps back, but with much longer fields to go) CU looks like they could have won this big. Or, at least, a little bigger. (hard not to get carried away right now!)

stats

1st downs: CU 19 OU 12
Passing: CU 220 OU OU 112
Rushing: CU 161 OU 118
Total: CU 381 OU 230 (OU had averaged 500+ in first 4 games)
Turnovers: CU 2 OU 3
Possesion: CU 38:54 OU 21:06

Great Effing Win!!!

Ran The Ball Right Down Their Dirt Burglar Throats In The Second Half! Damn That Was Football! This Is The Big 12 And Our Staff "gets It"-- Smashed Those Muthas Right Square In The Mouth!

Omigawd What A Win! I Am Not Stopping Celebrating Until Like Maybe Tuesday!

How about these numbers, courtesy of espn.com:

How shocking was Colorado's 27-24 victory over No. 3 Oklahoma? Consider this …
• In the last 5 meetings, OU won all 5 and outscored CU 156-44.
• In the previous 2 meetings, CU gained a TOTAL of 156 yds.
• CU had lost to 14 straight ranked teams.
• OU won its first 4 games by 69, 38, 51 and 41 for an average victory margin of 49.8.

wow, the hicks now whining about call on Iglesius's incomplete reception.

I was actually shocked that they reversed that call. I honestly didn't see any evidence that it was an incomplete pass. Yes I saw it bounce, but I thought it bounced off his arms into his chest. Oh well, **** happens.......
