Once again, they are mediocre.
Losing to their former coach Butch Davis 27-0 and UNC driving again just before halftime.
 
I really think that this is the result of the former coach larry Coker. He didn't recruit very well. I read an article on randy shannon and i really like him as a coach. He said he wouldve kicked everyone involved in the brawl last year off the team. I think he'll turn the canes around.
 
Stating the obvious: their QB sucks, can't believe that he's been the starter for the past 3 years.
 
This one shocked the hell out of me. Butch Davis will turn UNC around but he doesn't have any talent yet.

Thats why I wanted us to hire him. He took a Miami team coming off probation and with a reduction of scholarships to a bowl game. The guy is a lights out good coach. Not saying we dont have a good one but I think he would have been just as good so far.

Did any of see shannons rules;
Gun Possesion = Instant expulsion
Be respectful of women
No hats in class, no cell phones either
Skip class, meetings, or trainning and you get benched.
Took the names off the jerseys
2.5gpa to live off campus

I read that article. It was one of the better stories I have read in a long time. To rise to the position of head coach at Miami, considering what he has been through, is truly remarkable. The players seem to love him.
