KU CU game time announced

www.kusports.com

Kansas University's football game at Colorado next week is slated for a 4:45 p.m. (CST) kickoff and will be televised nationally by ESPN.

The Jayhawks (6-0 overall, 2-0 Big 12 Conference play) will be playing on cable giant ESPN for the first time since the Fort Worth Bowl in 2005, when they beat Houston, 42-13. Last year, Kansas lost to Toledo on ESPN2.

Colorado (4-3, 2-1) lost to Kansas State, 47-20, on Saturday, propelling Kansas to the top of the Big 12 North race. KU is the only undefeated team remaining in the conference.

Television possibilities for KU's game at Texas A&M on Oct. 27 are expected to be announced Monday.

I like it, chance to knock off a unbeaten on national TV, not too late or early of a start, time for tailgating. 10 and 11 am as well as 7 and 8 pm kickoffs suck!

Huge opportunity on national TV to knock off an undefeated ranked team.

Let's all take a step back after last night's debacle and look at who Kansas has beaten...NOONE, except maybe K-State who thumped us last night, but we can beat the jayhawks and it wouldn't surprise me one bit!

Roll Buffs!!!

Yes, we can. I give credit to KSU on a good performance last night but the Buffs played probably their worst game of the year. If they play mistake-free they can beat KU.

This is going to be the first real test for KU. KSU was a good win for them, but rivalries, especially ones in your own state (see CU vs CSU), are always hard fought battles.

Hopefully the CU faithful show up and make it hard for Kansas in their first true road game in the Big XII.

If CU had half the mistakes they had last night they would have won. KSU won because they were more experienced and composed. They aren't 27 points more talented than the Buffs and if they played on a neutral field I'd still take the Buffs.

Awesome, every game but 1 has been on TV so far!

For many of us, that is every game but 2. I don't think anybody got MofO, and Baylor was only on a tape delay on a channel many of us don't get. But still, not bad considering the struggles last year, as ITB said...

I love it. I want the Buffs to be on ESPN or ESPN 2 as often as possible. The KU game will be the third I can watch this season.
