All things positive CU vs. Texas Tech

Unleash Hell

-Road win in a tough place to play

-Jordan Dizon gets his first career TD after 4 years of starting

-Hugh Charles over 100 yards rushing once again, having a helluva senior season when they put him in.

-T-Wheat, 3 INT's

-Buffs sweep the Big 12 South for first time in 9 years.

-Cody Hawkins looked a lot better and a great job at managing the game and being efficient.

-Good gameplan by coaches

-1 win away from bowl eligibility with three games left. Remember, most picked us to not even make a bowl this year.

-CU had the lead for the entire game

Feel free to add to the list, I feel good about this win.

This is a great win any way you slice it - conference road win against a solid foe, we were 2-TD dogs, and best of all, Corso and Herbstreit both picked TT to win easy.

:gobuffs:

No fumbled snaps!!

Reverse play finally worked.

Sweet trick play when McKnight passed to Cody.

All the backs looked good, but Charles definetly proved that hes one of the best in the big 12 imo.

Game showed how important Harrison was to the run game. The young buffs are getting there but senior leadership and experience are pretty important factors too.

-The best playcalling I have seen since Hawkins took over.

-The business-like attitude the Buffs showed through the entire game. A confident bunch.

-Best road win since Hawkins took over.

-We made Mike Leach whine like a little bitch

-We sent another message to recruits that, yeah, CU is on its way back!

-Looked to be pretty much injury free except for Harrison.

We look pretty good when we don't make Freshman mistakes, can't wait till we're a sophmore team.

Keller looks pretty hurt. Holding his arm or wrist and writhing on the ground. Looks to be OK though.

5 Wins!!!!! 1 away from bowl elidgable!!!!

We ran it down their throats! I love we are a run first team.

We wore white w/black pants and not gold or white pants.

- Totally agree on the playcalling. I love the we continued to take shots down the field, even when the running game was clicking.

- Loved seeing our WRs make plays after the catch (Josh Smith, I'm looking in your direction!).

- Cody is one tough son of a gun. He took a huge hit on his 12 yd scramble, but I love the way he just jumps back up (on a similar note, I gotta give it up for Graham Harrell in the way that dude was rolling around on the turf in pain, and came back in the game).

- T-Wheat RIPPING that ball out from Crabtree for his 3rd INT! Still can't believe he let that TD pass to Crabtree go right through his hands!

I want to see a replay of that again. When they ran the replay right after the actual play it looked like it was high and through his fingers rather than his hands. I feel it would have been a tough, tough catch if he had made it. Even with the missed interception he was outstanding.

Update: I just read where he injured his thumb on this play so I must be wrong.
