Who wins?

Personally I would like to see OU win, but I don't think the Sooners can stop Mizzou a second time. Mizzou wins a close one. Also, there has never been a Big 12 champion repeat.

I seriously don't think I could handle a whole year of tigger arrogance. At least OU fans act like they've been there before. Boomer.

Fusker fans do everything they can to piss off Missou fans. You guys deserve everything the tiger's throw at you.

Maybe so, but as I stated before, when we win we act like we've been there before. All the noobs there make them look and sound like idiots. I just don't think I can stand an entire offseason of posts talking about the mizzou dynasty and where does this team rank all-time, and that crap.

I have a feeling that Missery is going to win this game. I don't think OU can beat them twice in a year.

I think OU takes Missery down. Stoops always seems to get his kids ready for big games.

I am sick to death of listening to people bitch and whine about other teams' fans. I could care less of listening to some Tiger fan bitch about the 5th down that probably happened when he was in training pants. I am sick to death of listening to some Husker claim he has the monopoly on tradition. I am sick to death of listening to some Longhorn claim some sort of elite status over the rest of us. I will root for Missouri not because of their fans, not because of our fans, not because of some intolerance of OU fans. I will root for Missouri because they are fresh and exciting. I will root for Missouri because no one expected this other then Chase Daniels. I will root for Missouri regardless if we get invaded by 1000 Tiger fans next year bitching about 5th Down. I could care less. I will root for the Tigers!!!!

I can't stand either one but I'll pull for MU since they won the North. The only time I won't cheer for the North is if it is NU playing. Fortunately that is a rare occassion these days.

You having Gary Pinkel over for dinner again? I thought you passworded your computer!

Although I do think Missouri is going to win the rematch, I can't pick Pinkel to win a Big 12 championship... I'm still in the opinion he is a moron who somehow lucked out and got Chase Daniel to come to Missouri..

I'm Not sure. Both teams looked pretty good this weekend. Should be a good one.

Look for Mizzou to continue to be good, they just landed a 5 star QB

Mack Brown did not think he was quite tall enough for UT -- talk about a moron!

Ummm, perhaps he misjudged, but he did bring in VY and turn the offense over to him and he does have a NC recently, so I would hardly say he is a moron. Although you bringing him up is sort of interesting because I believe Cally was fired for being to loyal to Cosgrove. Brown perhaps has shown too much loyalty to offensive coordinator to Gregg Davis.

Obviously Mack Brown is a good coach, I think Mushberger or his partner put it that way on the broadcast last night. Just seemed like a boneheaded decision, "Ahm sorry son, but if you ain't at least 6 - 2 we don't want you at Ewe-a-Tie!!"

Brown did not recruit Daniel initially because he already had a commitment from the top qb in the nation that year, Ryan Perrilloux . Perriloux decommitted the night before signing day and went to LSU, where he rides the pine today.

If Brown was an idot for not taking Daniel over Perriloux, then so was the rest of the nation who also thought Perriloux was the better prospect.

It'll be better for the conference and ultimately CU for MU to win that game. They'll probably get a bid to the Nat'l Championship and therefore the conference will get a ton of money.

Obviously OU is beatable but I still think they're the better team.

I think it'll be WV vs. Ohio State in the MNC game.

Why Mizzou has my support:
1) Best record in the B12. The best team should represent the B12.
2) OU losses to CU and TT indicates OU is not ready.
3) Next year OU will be legitimate nMC contenders.
4) Payback game in San Antonio. Since their last game in Norman, Mizzou has only gotten better.
5) A Mizzou win guarantees B12 representation in the championship game
Dumb reason A) Tuff Tiger -v- Sooner_fan favors tuff as rain
Dumb reason B) Fifth down officially put to bed
Dumb reason C) My kiddo likes cats, likes black and yellow, doesn't like red.
Dumb reason D) Boomer Sooner song grates on me. It's sooooo repetitive.

Mizzou will win. They got that "nothing is going to stop us" look about them and I think they will roll OU and solidify any notion that they belong in the title game.

i voted Mizzou, but if they come in with a "we're just happy to be here" attitude, i wouldn't be surprised at all to see OU knock em off.

Correct. Brown really got screwed over by Perrilloux, a guy who is in line to be the starter at LSU next year. A talent that could run the zone read pretty well.
