This happened at a timeout during the CU/CSU game last year. It was planned. It was part of a campaign to keep people from wasting water. The guy ran about to the 50 yard line, where a "security" person started in after him. The toilet guy then turned around and ran the other way, getting tackled about 20 yards later. The whole crowd just sat there in stunned, albeit amused, silence.
