Practice moved because of weather?

While they have the schedule flexibility (classes not in session yet), why not move it to reduce the possibility of people arriving (walking across campus) in thunderstorms?

I don't think they keep the bubble inflated year-round. Only in the cold months.

That makes more sense. I knew the bubble was deflated because I was there yesterday, just didn't know how easy it was to inflate.

They use one of those blowers that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter. Takes 'em awhile to get that thing filled up.

And you play all of your games outside... if you can move it and still practice outside, I'm sure that's preferable to practicing inside. Plus, they may get some practice in the rain before the lightning really shows up. Can't hurt to practice in bad conditions once or twice.

It's pouring down right know. I doubt you could hold an effective practice in these conditions.

EDIT: I'm in Thornton by 5 star stadium.

Just on the roof, there are some crazy looking clouds to the northeast and east. And dark ass clouds are moving fast, towards the mountains. So weird.

I grew up in Boulder and i've only seen one tornado. That i remember. It touched down off of Baseline Lake for about a second. Then disappeared. I think it was in '97.

Pouring where? I'm in north Boulder and all we have is cloudy.

My bad. I live in Thornton by 5 star stadium. It was pouring for a while, then it just stopped all at once. I love colorado. If you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes.

They say that in Indiana, and they seriously believe it. Talk about one of the easiest places to predict the weather. When I heard someone say that, I always asked them if they had EVER been to Colorado. Not one said yes.
