Can we watch the game....

My guess is no, but you will probably be able to watch it after the fact. That's what they did last year, and is part of why I am a subscriber. It may take a day or so, but they had the Buff Vision video along with KOA radio feed. It was pretty good. Beats not seeing anything!

Lame... so now we're forced into paying for the Yahoo! College Sports Broadcast?

I mean... it's only $5 but WTF? Everyone in CO can listen for free over the air... why can't others over the internet? Stupid NCAA.

Has anyone checked EWU's website to see if they are streaming audio? I remember some of last year's opponents doing that and then you all wouldn't have to pay $5 for yahoo.

I'd check for you, but I'm going to the game. :smile2:

This is bunk. I mean, it sucks that on the east coast, there is no way to watch all the CU games. Kinda lame IMO. I'm not worried about EWU, but I would like to know how the team does play by play, not just the highlights.

Our only option is to find a radio feed, or follow the game on one of the internet sits (ESPN Gametracker, for example). Of course, if you were following the ISU game on ESPN last year, you would have read that the FG at the end of the game was good, and we were headed to OT....until, the screen reversed the call and the game was abruptly over.....many expletives were tossed around the house at that point.

Too bad the game is not on the tube.....

Here's my plan:

--Watch ESPN Gametracker (as suggested above)

--Put OU/Cincinatti on the tube

--Chat on Allbuffs

--Drink a lot of beer

--Wait on pins and needles until September 18th.

Go BUFFS!

Actually, you can see all the games that the people living in CO see on TV if you have all the regional FSN channels and GamePlan, but it just happens that this game is not on TV anywhere.

Ill listen to it on Sirius satellite radio....

then watch the game after the fact on cubuffs.com

don't think KOA is allowed to broadcast the games via internet anymore.

Something about some NCAA rule or something.

How recent was this ruling??
I listened to the Buffs on good ole KOA last week down here in Tejas and kept up with "Gamecast" on ESPN. Where there's a will there's a way!

See now THAT's what I'm talkin about. Makes more sense that way. I tried to dig up the ruling but couldn't find anything on it... then again I'm a little rusty on my Google-Fu.

Glad to hear it worked last week though!! Gives hope to the rest of the out of staters! ...let us know if it works again this weekend will ya?

Also, if there was indeed such a ruling, then why is the EWU website able to broadcast it?

Pretty sure it's not on that site. That's just a list of all the games in the conference. If you go to the main page, it says they're showing the NAU game. Hope I'm wrong, but not getting my hopes up.

Yeah. Last year you had to listen via some station in Grand Junction.

And tomorrow the ****ing station in Grand Junction is carrying some high school game at noon and will be joining the Buffs game in progress... :sad1: Really hoping KOA is going to be streaming tomorrow...

word on the street is that dbt will be listening on koa and doing a play-by-play rebroadcast as it happens on chat...

...right dbt?

The first person who drops in some local radio links for the game gets a big ol Buffs rep from me!!!

What are the call letters for the grand junction station?
