Nebraska Called Virginia Tech "Pansies"

The whole state called them pansies or just a student reporter? I appreciate the fine clearinghouse of news on Husker Nation here at Allbuffs.com:jawdrop:

Don't you have a OU quarterback to start rumors about?

A Texas Husker, the worst of both worlds....:argh:

Yeah, we had 70 hung on us by the eventual natl. cahmp. I'm not real happy about it.

Wasn't the team that hung 70 on you some B12 south also ran?

Or was KU with their 70+6 extra?

Thank you for your continuing interest in CU FB.

Yes professor lets spar back and forth on history, or should we cheer are teams in the present?

I'm pretty sure you should get credit for the "Continuing interest" blast, I know I plagiarized it from somebody...

It was my creation, but I think it has probably lapsed into the public domain at this point... Any buff fan is more than welcome to use it at any time, regardless.

Where do these delusional f***s come from?

Let's talk about the present... Huskers, beat a ranked team then come talk to me... Better yet, play one that the Big 12 doesn't force you to play.

I know its heresy, but they did play USC last year and VaTech this year.

"As a member of the Hokie Nation, I would like to let ya'll know how much fun our group had this past weekend in the land of Big Red. I don't just mean the "W". From the time we arrived on Thursday, everyone we met was helpful and just looking to have a good time. We enjoyed Sidetracks Friday night and a full afternoon of tailgating on Saturday with some very gracious Cornhuskers. They supplied us with food and beverage and could not have been more hospitable. I had heard that UN was a very visiting fan friendly place and it turned out to be all I had hoped. I won't even go into the actual game here, this blog is simply to let you know that your hospitality was greatly appreciated and I invite as many of you as can make it to venture to Blacksburg next year. We try to have the same mentality of "let's all have some fun and enjoy a good ball game". Man that really sounds corny, but you know what I mean. Once again, thanks, it was a blast, from what I can remember."

Perhaps if your fans had ridiculed their dead quarterback you would have received a different response.

I'm not sure what your point might be, but I'll play your game:

WVU fan here, and I wanted to thank CU fans for all the hospitality you showed us WVU folks who made the trek west last week. I loved Boulder and had a wonderful experience. You guys are first class. While I wish the game would have turned out better, the trip was well worth it. Good luck the rest of the season!

I would also like to say thank you to all the CU fans! I had a great time in Boulder, I just wish the game would have turned out better for us!! All of the CU fans I met were great!

But I certainly hope that anyone who travelled some distance to witness a football game would be received with friendship...isn't this what it's all about? Of course, if someone shows up--physically or electronically--asking for trouble, they almost always get what they deserve. Sadly, they almost always play the victim card, ultimately.

So why don't you save us all some time, play victim early, run off to huskerpedia and tell all your buddies how mean the CU fans were to you; you can all congratulate yourselves on establishing a new college football standard of "class".

Seriously, run along.

I understand that you all are "diehard fans of Buff Football." I respect that you want to back your team. I don't dislike CU Football and I hope they beat Texas.

Class is where you find it....I am confident that every team has it's share of class and it's ***holes.

The sort of guy or gal who trolls another teams boards with the intent of stirring the pot?
