Barnett lured me in with hookers and booze. J/K

I was born and raised in Boulder, so naturally or perhaps organically I was a Buff fan.

Born raised in Omaha. My uncle moved to Boulder and cheered for the home team and CU was the first football game i saw. Dad was from Italy and moved here when he was 6 and didnt care about football mom went to ISU and they sucked so i wasnt cheering for them.

Now my parents grandma and uncle have season tickets to CU my wife is a husker my son is 28 months and says
Go Buffs
Colorado Buffaloes
Beat Huskers
Icky Huskers
Boo Sooners
Boo Longhorns
Boo huskers
now my wife has taught him to say go big red :(

How funny would it be if an unknown relative taught him to finish that statement with "like a dog's dick head!"

My Uncle went to mines/got drunk at CU games, made me a fan, I went there and graduated in Spring of 06.

Kinda casually watched CU and other local college football games. My older brother attends CSewe and my identical twin brother was also a CSU fan (who now attends CSU) so i had to be different, I rooted for the Buffs (best decision of my life so far:smile2:) Then I attended the 2004 CU-CSU game and I was done. Buff for life. :gobuffs:

Born in Nebraska + Grew up in Arvada + Graduated from University of Oklahoma. = Die Hard CU Fan... go figure.

Go Sooners... unless an OU win negatively impacts CU.

One of my fondest memories of childhood was my dad teaching me about football during the 1990 championship run and ever since I wanted to go to CU. I graduated with both my bachelor's and masters from CU (in chemical engineering)

Native. Dad, brother and sister went to CU. Been going to games in Folsom since I could walk. I would have gone there, too, if CU had a baseball team (I wasn't good enough for a schollie, but would have walked on).

Native, BS Finance & Intl Business degrees 94.

Brian Cabral was the guest speaker at my 4th grade little league banquet when he was a player. He brought the entire team t-shirts and insisted on handing out the individual awards. He greeted and spoke with everyone. I was a hard core Buff fan from that day on.

Graduated in 91, grew up in Boulder - go Panthers!

I knew from the time I was 10 that CU was the place I wanted to go. I remember when I was on the BHS swim team that we would have our practices on the CU campus and I'd see all these unbelievably BEAUTIFUL women and I said to myself "This is the place for me".

born and raised in colorado and my parents had season tickets before i was born. the only member of my family that attended CU is my oldest brother and that was the dental school at CU denver.

Moved to CO in '81 and attended UCCS, went to my first Buff game in 1984 against the fuskers and have been hooked since.

Born a CU fan in Houston in 1987. Lived as a CU fan in New Orleans, grew up as a CU fan in Denver (Cherry Creek High). Only applied to CU, now current student. Both of my Dad's parents went to CU, my Dad went to CU, my sister went to CU, an uncle and couple cousins also went to CU.

Have no idea, Boulder was never good enough to meet us on the playoffs when I was there.

1991 State football finals held at Folsom Stadium. Boulder 10, Pomona 9. It's the last time BHS won the state football title.
