Pretty amazing he's got that team at 12-0.. Not sure if they'll beat UF, but still its one heck of an accomplishment...

Yep. It gives me a bit of hope that his team last year was where our team is this year, pretty much. Things can change quickly when you are very young.

Alabama will get their doors blown off by Florida, but what they've accomplished this season is quite impressive. Especially considering that their three-named quarterback is only marginally above average.

I wonder what the line on that game will be. If it's anywhere short of 9, I'm all over it.

Alabama is solid on both lines. I doubt this game will be a blowout. Whowever controls the tempo will win.

That being said, if the game is left to JPW than yeah the Gators could roll.

i completely think the gators will roll the tide. no one in the sec has a O like the gators. der bamers are going to be rolled.

I don't think the line will be that high on this game. My guess is 6-7 points.

Having said that, I expect Florida to win by 10-14 points.

The key to victory in most football games is in the trenches. Alabama EXCELS there. They're a more physical and talented version of Ole Miss (which gave UF it's only defeat because of their excellence in trench warfare). This game will not be a blow out.

I get caught up in the fact that we played with this team for 2 1/2 quarters last year in the bowl game. They are now on the cusp of playing for the NC and we are not even going bowling.

He has them playing very well. Never expected them to contend for the SEC title this year, but he has a bunch of young guys playing well.

I still maintain Florida will trounce them next week, but Florida would do that to a lot of teams right now.

****, you maintained that Auburn would win their 7th straight Iron Bowl this year. I like Bama's chances.

I don't understand why so many think Florida is going to trounce Bama. Every single year there are huge games where somebody is going to get their doors blown off and then they end up winning. Alabama's O and D lines are the best combo this side of the NFL, and games are won in the trenches. Did anybody not see them go in and destroy Georgia? I think they have a great shot at winning this game.

You played against last years team. Several cancers were removed before this years edition.

This is not really a young team especially on offense.
