Nuckols....????

Nuckols said he had recently completed and submitted the application, but he graduated on June 18th and the process of reviewing his high school transcripts could go into August because of the late finish common for West Coast prospects.

Nuckols said he finished the final semester of his high school career with a strong performance in the classroom and he has no reason to think he won't qualify academically in Boulder.

"Well I was told I wasn't going to be redshirted," Nuckols said. "So I'm expecting to be able to compete for some time, if not a starting job." Nuckols said he is weighing 290 pounds and feels ready to compete and begin to prove himself at the college level."

So, mindless propoganda from Ringo, it seems....

Yeah, they are just doing it for subscriptions, because these types of stories have never turned out to be true. We've never lost a recruit coming in due to academics..

Not saying nuckols isn't squared away and ready to go but when I see him in uniform and on the field then I'll not wonder.

When BuffSyko is correcting your spelling or grammar, you might want to quit watching Captain Kangaroo so often.......

Not only is the headline misleading to get you to fork over some $, but how about the headline on Nottingham. Hot news of his visit to Boulder. Hey Scout, we got a QB commit since that visit and Nottingham committed elsewhere too.

Has that sight gotten lamer or what?

I think the funny part is KyleRingo will post a story on the Scout site, then he posts pretty much the same article on BuffZone a couple hours later.

I live in the Boulder/Longmont area and Ridgell (Longmont paper) is doing a great job and I just noticed an article on Rivals from him.

Either way, I banned the Post and Scout a long time ago. There's a lot more entertaining reading on here imo.

Just cancelled rivals, scout and buffscoop.

Scout articles are better then Rivals in my opinion. Ringo was the first one to get a Nottingham update and it was up there before Hirschman's commitment. Scout's message board is pretty lacking though and it doesn't make it worth it (especially when the article content usually makes it over here anyway).

Feels good to be free from the rumors of Colorado football. Hopefully I can avoid that crap from now on.

Since it was reported that Nuckols arrived on campus last Sunday, I'll assume that the Buffs are not expecting any eligibilty issues to surface?

yeah I don't miss Rivals myself either. Too many rumors and crap during the heat of recruiting season. It's nice to go back to basics such as checking who signed with the Buffs on signing day.

Hmmm, Ringo puts up an article on Nuckols titled "will admissions bloody nuckols" just to use that pathetic title when by all indications, he'll be okay.

Free from what? You're reading Allbuffs, which hasn't missed many rumors, to go along with some information gathering.
