Buffs Preview on CFN

Wasn't that great of a preview, they still don't have a prediction!!! That's crazy and I disagreed with the top 10 players. Scott as number 1???

Jeff Smart at #4 stuck out to me. Smart is decent football player, but I don't think he is even one of the top 10 players on the team.

I was surprised to see Cody on the list and no Ryan Miller.

Good call. Personally, I believe Burney fits somewhere in that top 10.

As far as Smart goes, my guess is he rotates with Mohler and they both play in 3-4 situations. I personally think Beatty might end up being our best LB this year, hopefully Burton finally plays to potential as well.

I had my doubts about Burton this season because of his weight, but he was moving pretty well at the spring game and posted another 4.7 forty this spring. He could be an absolute beast in the middle and we'll need him to be if we're running the 3-4.

Yep. Really hopes he puts it all together. Nice size and decent speed. We got pushed around at times last year up the middle, that needs to change.
