Are they gonna run her leading the team like she used to? Or run her like a minute before the team is even out of the building like they did last year. It's a lot more exciting when the team comes out with her.

So she basically comes out all by herself now? :wtf: That's lame. Why did they do that?
 
Probably because the new ralphie is really young and easily spooked. Once she calms down the team will run with her, I'm sure.

Bring back the old days, when the other team came out first and then they ran Ralphie down the visitor sideline. I just loved watching players dive out of the way!
 
I love watching other teams come out and see Ralphie running towards them. At first, they try to play it badass, staring down Ralphie. But then she gets closer...and closer...and they realize she ain't moving out of the way....and she gets closer...and they throw themselves out of the way like Elton John at the Bunny Ranch.

Good times.
 
I'm hoping that the reason she went out early last year was because she was still a calf, and that they didn't want to freak her out with the players running behind her. That, and they didn't want the players to be too close just in case she freaked out again.

That said, I really hope that they can go back to having her lead the team onto the field. That's the tradition, and we don't want to mess with tradition.

BTW - anybody notice in the vid on the Colorado National Golf Club opening that they had Ralphie IV there, not Ralphie V? Next question: do you know how to tell the difference between the two?

The horns, the last ones is all crooked. Plus, V is still smaller
