Not that there is an excuse for the performance tonight, but setting up the schedule this way is not good. Please, never do this again.

This is the easiest schedule I can remember, lol

CSU, Toledo, Wyoming.... lol

This is MB hire. Of course he should get some heat.

Do you think we should go with Neinas again? He was the one who picked Hawkins right?

If we were half way decent, then this would not be an issue...

I agree, there were some bonehead scheduling moves... but this was 'the year'. We had the most favorable schedule I can remember.

Just frustrated, like everyone else

As long as Bohn fires Hawk this week, I am good with Bohn. If Hawk is coaching this team next year or even next month, then Bohn needs to go too. I can see them needing a week or two to figure out what to do with the new HC. Besides, Bieniemy would need to give a two week notice anyway.

God I want him gone too but he's not going anywhere. And Eric Bieniemy? He's not leaving the league for this bush league crap.

i take the opposite view. i think Bohn is a PR weenie, but he mos def did his job getting CU on TV in a national spot 2 weeks ina row.

The short week sucks, but we were on national TV both times. If Hawk could coach worth a **** we'd be sitting pretty right now. Instead we're a disgrace.

He can't be making more than $100,000/yr up there as a RB coach. Probably less from what I have heard about how the assistants get paid in the NFL. If he came to CU as the head coach, he would probably make 5-10 times the amount of money he is currently making. No way he turns that down... Besides, I have a feeling taking the CU job wouldn't be all about money for EB. He could really propel himself to something big if he could turn it around at CU. If he failed, well, we are no worse off than we are now.

I really do respect about 95% of your posts, but this I have to laugh at. This was the easiest schedule in years. Hell, I don't remember an easier schedule.
