Is this the worst CU team you have ever seen?

I am only 28, but have been going to games since before I could walk. I don't ever remember a team being sooooooo bad. 10-2 Hawk? Lets hope we get to 2-10

worse level of talent: easily..

Is it the worse team? Two games in it is..

No...Fairbanks' team was worse.

Does it matter? Losing is losing and hawk is a master of that. It wouldn't take much to convince me at this point that he's a husker sleeper agent brought in to destroy the program

Note: I've exhausted my six pack of corona and have moved on to the bottle of Chivas Regal I was saving for a special occasion. someone shoot me now.

Yes. The 2 - 10 team was competitive against CSU and Montana State

Mac's 1-10 team was similar ... this is horrifying.

Mac's 1-10 team had no talent but at least they cared, they looked like they wanted to win, just didn't have the horses.

Fairbanks teams were much worse in terms of nobody caring including the coach. They won a few based on talent he inherited but they almost tried not to.

This team has a lot of good, very inexperienced talent just begging for someone to lead it to success, they aren't getting it.

The Fairbanks-era teams were worse, but most of us don't recall them or have erased most of that pain. This is fresh so it really ****ing sucks. May as well break out the powder blues again.

Jimmy, I didn't know you were such a young buck. Not even close brother, 1980 Fairbanks team 1 - 10 lost to Drake at home 41 - 22, lost to Kansas at home 42 - 3, I remember Folsom was less than half full for the start of the game. OU scored 82 points on CU that year.
They did finish 7th in the Big 8 that year - their only accomplishment. :wow:

either the 80 or the 81 team were the worst ever (at least in my lifetime of watching the Buffs)...

this team is poorly coached, but there are more athletes on it than the 80 or 81 fairbanks teams.

The worst part of this is that these kids will get the hell beat out of them just like last year. Now we know it is their coaching.

I think the injuries last year covered up the bad coaching-- and it was an excuse for the coaches. Now, this year, no injury problem, but they look just as bad as always.

Coaching, coaching, coaching. Or a lack thereof......
