Thanks. Like rralph said, it wouldn't be that much of an upset. :huh: I can't even imagine 3 losses to open the season to 3 non-BCS teams.
Yeah, I saw that too. And the CU banner was better than most of the others.
Much improvement from the last regime. We sure do try to emulate the nubs, we fire a coach that was 7-5, 4 North titles, a conference title, and .001 or so computer points away from playing for another MNC and we go 2-10 the next season and 3 more losing seasons in a row. Sounds like the nubs going from Solich to Callahan. :sad2:
ATT I thought GB needed to go because we could be better, but shhit, how is this guy better? Of course hindsight is 20/20.

Barnett needed to go. Hawk was a good hire at the time. It just hasn't worked so far.
True. As critical as most of are of Hawk right now, and I'm one of them, he really appeared to have things going in the right direction with making it to a bowl game coming off a 2-in season, the win over OU, and then landing DS and that good recruiting class a year and half ago. :huh:

agree. Barney was radioactive. I was at the US Open at Pinehurst, North Carolina after "the scandal"......met a lot of people from around the nation who were USGA buddies of my dad.....and all they wanted to talk about after hearing i worked at CU was what a scumbag Barney was.
Hawkins was the right hire at the time. a great hire, since he was going to get a shot at a legit BCS school, and we got him.
turns out, wasn't a good hire so far. but, it was the right hire. Hawk has done some good things. the academic oversight under Barney towards the end was pretty poor and a little sketchy to be honest. i know a couple cases of plagiarism were swept under the rug, personally.
life isn't always fair, i guess.
