Scott is out!

Anyone know how he got "injured"?

Personally I am thinking this is pretty hard to believe and with him trotting around on the sidelines before the game, it makes it even a little less believable.

Was it from practice or did he pull a Spencer Larson in the locker room this morning?

He was held out of practice wed and thurs, they just didn't announce it.

WQell, he played alot of 'Farmville' this week on Facebook. Got several new levels. Him and Miller too. Is Miller playing?:smile2:

He has a good game and then you hear nothing all week and then he's hurt again. Same as last year. He just can't stay healthy long enough to make a difference. Hopefully the bye week will get him ready and he can play the rest of the season.

Pissbomber told us he was hurt during the week.

I was sitting with family of some of the players during the game. Right behind the CU bench. DS was dressed and holding his helmet the entire game. At one point early in the first quarter I yelled to put DS in the game.

The guy next to me smiled, winked, and said DS was hurt and would not play today. I asked another family member of a player on the team and asked what was going on with DS.

I was told that DS has a "poor attitude" and "poor work ethic" and that is why he was "hurt" yesterday.

Both people that told me this had family starting for the team yesterday.

He is starting to remind me of another certain 5 star RB back recruit that came to the Buffs and never panned out.

There is some talent and flashes of greatness, I really wonder if he'll put it all together if he was just a bit overhyped.

"Poor attitude" and "poor work ethic" eh.

What is a poor attitude in coaches eyes??
What constitutes a "poor work ethic"?

So you call a kid injured and bench him if what you heard is true. This all sure gets to be a big pile of **** after a while

We'll look forward to it.

For what it is worth I think Sumler is a good option in certain situations but not as a feature back. I also think those situations are too easily identifiable to opposing defenses right now. For all the complex schemes, our offense really does lack imagination and isn't fooling much of anybody

lets see here how many more players are gonna go to ucla ? they have atleast 2...why is it everytime scott does well in a game they pull him and lie and says hes hurt ? just asking

So he has a "poor attitude" but he is keeping quiet and not complaining publicly when the coach is benching him and inventing phantom injuries to explain it away???

Darrell has done a very good job of being classy and professional whenever he has been asked about his playing time. So did his uncle in his recent comments, for that matter.

I had my post on DS pulled from the site (rightfully so) the other day. So the info / intel you have posted is very much in line with what I was told by fellow alumni. The difference being, were that the words I was quoting from were not near as diplomatic as yours. :censored:

I'm not so sure about DS now?
