ND vs Purdue

Maybe if you don't call a timeout when ND is out of them more time would be used up and they might only get one play. Cross off the Purdue HC as a Hawkins replacement because he is a ****ing idot.

I still can't believe that. Not only do they do nd a favor by calling a timeout, they give Claussen-pussy-California-dickhead all goddam day to throw!!!!!!

These ****ers should be 1-3!!!!!!!!

Pretty hard to make Hawkins look like a good coach but that Purdue coach sure as hell did. Why the **** do you call timeout? What the **** are you thinking? ****ing idot. ****ing dumb. Just ****ing dumb.

yeah. that time out call?

i just can not find a good explaniation for that.

you had ND on the ropes. scrambling for thier next play.

and you call a time out.

wanna guess that hawk will be on the phone to him telling him what a great call he made tonight?

That's because there isn't one. And then on 4th down you give surfer boy all ****ing day to throw. DBT could've completed that pass with all the time they gave him. Hello, McFly, is anyone home?!?!???!!

There is an explanation for it, albeit a really crappy one. The idea is that if ND scores, you want as much time on the clock as possible to do something with the ball. In that particular situation, it was a bad move.

I went to one of Purdue's free boards to see how the fans reacted.

My sympathies to the boilermakers.

I'm calling the Purdue coaches idiots. THE CLOCK WAS RUNNING AND ND WAS PREPARING TO SPIKE THE DAMN BALL FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!

Purdue gift-wrapped the extra play ND used to beat them.

Unbelievable, I saw more teams get games handed to them yesterday than I have seen in a long time. Lets go down the list, LSU, Kansas and yes I watched it they were very lucky to win. Michigan for sure, Notre Dame for obvious reasons, anybody else? I know I saw another one but cant place them.

I actually turned that game off, because I thought Purdue had it. **** ND. The only reason I watched any of it was to see ND lose.
