Pitman, he's got to go!!!

Go back to Boise!

Strength and Conditioning Coach is a very underlooked, but essential position.

This is what I have seen from Pit:

2008: A team desimated by injuries. Can you really have that many injuries with a team that is at full strength and in top condition?

2009: The slowest CU team I have ever seen. They are fat and slow, and as we have seen in the 3rd and 4th quarter, a team that is extremely out of shape... EXTREMELY!

The Problem: Pit came from Boise, he's probably the most safe guy here while Hawkins is still in charge.

But I assure you, this position is a big deal, and Pit is not getting it done. I give him an F

What changed from last year to this year? Players just got slow over night? Same LB's, same guys in the secondary... Am I forgetting DJ Dykes ran a 4.3?

Seriously? I wasn't aware of that but the bottom line is whatever their 'track speed' is they don't seem to be showing gameday speed in pads.

every time you hire a new S&C coach, you hear about how much bigger, stronger, and faster the guys are under the new regime.

every time i see us play in person or go to the scrimmage or Spring Game i think we look small and slow. wait until we're on the same field as Texas and tell me i'm wrong.

Bring back Doc, he was a player favorite

I agree. I don't like how this team looks and acts late in games. it has gotten worse every year.

Totally. You can tell how good a team's S&C program is by watching the linemen develop. By the 2nd or 3rd year in the program, their legs should look like friggin tree trunks.
