Colorado @ Texas prediction thread

Just as long as it's not a National Embarrassment, I guess another loss at this point in time isn't going to make any difference.
Hopefully
Texas 35
CU 10

Tejas puts a 60+ beatdown on us. I doubt the Buffs score 10 pts. If we get whipped by 60 does Hawk get his walking papers like GB did ?

This year was supposed to be different :sad1:

63-13 UT

Ouch. The only way they don't score that much is we keep it on the ground and try and play as much ball control as we can. Game's over in the first.

So Cody said that we won't play anyone as athletic as WVU the rest of the year.

Well then, despite the fact that UT must be chopped liver to our starting QB and star of the team, slower, weaker and less athletic than WVU, I still see them beating the pants off of us. They are very much in contention for a trip to the NC game and are trying to get McCoy a Heisman before he graduates, so they have plenty of motivation to pile it on even if they are an inferior team to WVU. God, what a joke.......

UT - 55
Buffs - 14

Game two of the three game stretch that makes or breaks the Buffs season

Oh yeah, that second TD is an end of the game "garbage time" score. We've actually gotten pretty good at marching it down the field at the end of the game when the other team isn't trying that hard.

Oh and finally, no FG's in my prediction now that Goodman is finally regaining his form from last year.

what's the spread? whatever it is, i expect ut will cover.

i am still not picking a prediction officially because i won't pick a Buff loss.

Cu 27
ut 24

I can't predict CU to lose. Even though they probably are going to.

Really, our only hope for a non-blowout is if the Whorns overlook us to Oklahoma (their opponent after CU).

That, or their whole team gets the swine flu next week.

45-13 Texas. Aiksburgh, Aiksylvania blacks out in a parking lot near the stadium and awakes to hear the final cannon, various Texas-themed songs echoing across the vast concrete and blacktop expanse, and "spirit groups" and other orangies going with the clone look passing him, reminding him of who won the contest in case it wasn't already clear.

TU continues to roll toward total universal dominance
CU inches ever closer to firing Dan Hawkins at an inexplicably slow pace
