With Hansen as the QB now, how do you see the buffs in the second half of the seasn?
The big problem is we need to win at least 4 of the 6 to become bowl eligible. And while most of the games appear to be winnable, they are also very losable as well like Boulder Buff said. And with 3 road games left, we have to win at least one of them.
We are in first place in the north and control our own destiny, can we do it???
@ Kansas St: Buffs still have to prove they can win on road, Hawk still has just 2 road wins. KSU had an impressive win yesterday over a bad team. This will be a huge test. Little nervous about this one.
Missouri: I called it pre-season, and still calling it now, Mizzou is not as good. I would rate Kansas a little better than them this year. It's payback time on Halloween. Mizzou could be riding a 3 game losing streak coming into Boulder.
Texas A&M: Probably our "easiest" game remaining. With the way our team is playing, I don't see us losing this game. Embarrasing if we do and we don't deserve a bowl then.
@ Iowa St: Again, look at Hawks road record. We have not won in Ames since 2003, and the buffs are 0-5 on the road in November since 2005. Not a gimme game.
@ Oklahoma St: probably our toughest game remaining. Okie st has gone through a lot of injuries and ineligibilities this year, but are still playing good football. Would be surprised if we win this one.
Nebraska: Feeling a lot better than I did. It's at home, it's a rivalry, and unless NU's offense dramatically improves, I like our chances.
