...equals, Squawkin's road record at CU. This includes some mediocre teams.

Not that he has been devistating at home, but why do you think we are so poor on the road?

What do you think? 3-16 or 2-17?

To be honest, on paper I like the game, but looking at our team on the road under this staff... I'm not so confident.

Someone please help me we away from the ledge to why this stat is skewed:confused:

Because we suck.. :smile2:

It would be devastating if we don't win in Manhattan.. Sick of the losses, excuses, poor play and bad coaching. Its time to win Talkins.

Because we've sucked during this time. We've pulled out a few nailbiters at home. Eastern Washington, KSU and ISU last year were all part of our "huge season". I don't think we've been worst on the road than any other team in comparison to our home record. Last year we were right there vs. aTm. We should have beaten Georgia on the road two years ago. Our teams have been unable to handle success when they've played well on the road.

It's time for a change and winning on the road will be a good place to start.

We'd have alot more road wins, and wins in general, if we could close some friggin games. Georgia 2006; Arizona State, Iowa State 2007; Texas A&M, Nebraska 2008; Texas 2009. Those are all road games in which we have had at least a two score lead and lost.

while hack is at the helm, I never feel comfortable no matter how far ahead we are until the game clock reads 0:00 and the game is over.

I've seen him piss away too many games it's almost a given when CU starts off on top, Hack always let's them back in the game and often loses. I expect more of the same while he is still HC. I will take 2 or 3 winning seasons with some dominating performances to make fans feel like he knows what he's doing.

Totally agree. We outplayed our opponents in the first half in all those contests but we lacked the killer instinct to turn up the heat in the second half and put them away. We haven't had that since Mac and I miss it.

It's hard to figure both teams - we have a better win and worse loss. We keep improving on defense, and with Tyler in there anything seems possible on offense. But it's on the road, another hump we need to get over. State's only beaten bad teams, except Iowa State, who I also can't figure out (they nearly beat both K teams). Overall I like our chances, too, but we have to avoid a letdown after beating KU and play up on the road. GO BUFFS!!

So we scheme and plan well on the road, but fail to make adjustments as our opponent does... ???(out-coached).

No question....I think Hawk has shown an incredible lack in ability to make adjustments during the game....I am sure it is simply correcting the little things....

Baylor & Tortilla Tech in 2007. That's it. Just those two. That's the whole body of work on the road, in conference or out. No B12N teams. Ever.

It's about time for Hawk to bag a kitty.
