Anyone else leave before halftime and not go back in?

Math - how does it work?

I left at 26-0, right after the safety. Never went back in. Listened on radio for a while, and then went home. What a pile of ****.

No need to pressure a gimpy QB, right?

:bang::bang:

I left at half time too which is weird for me. I've never left a game early. i traveled to Misery last year and was at the game 2 years ago. i didn't want to see 55-0 again. I felt like a bad fan.

I very much debated it....i said that if they didn't score anything on their last drive I was going home & not looking back....if only Goodman would have missed the kick, I might have been able to enjoy my afternoon a little better

i went with a grad school buddy who was in town for the weekend and a Monday conference at CU. we thought about it since there was a lot of stuff in and around Boulder that he/we wanted to do in the limited time he was here. however, we stayed til the bitter, whimpering end.

Stayed until the end. I figured there'd be less traffic that way.

I didn't go to the game but recorded it. Watched the first half today - doubt I will watch the second half. Very depressing.

I left at 26-0. I felt like a bad fan until I got onto 36 and there was no traffic heading to Denver.

The weather was way too nice to sit and watch the beat-down.

The only other time I have ever left at halftime and not gone back in was vs. Mizzou two years ago.

Left at half time and headed to the Lazy Dog for a pitcher. Second half was much more palatable with a pitcher of hoegaarden and some wings. They really need to bring back beer sales.

agreed. and put the proceeds towards a coach fund.

Yeah, I might have stayed if I could buy beer in the stadium. I needed a drink after that first half.

I'll give DH credit, he saved a bunch of people a lot of time by going ahead and making sure the game was out of hand early. No reason to let a beatdown drag out...

And yes, I'm being sarcastic, but I'm pretty bitter about the way the team looks, and has looked for the last four years. There have been bright spots, and you can count them on one hand, but I doubt anybody would have wanted to see Hawk here if they knew ahead of time DH's teams would lose 30 of the first 45 games.

DH has been a disaster in the primary thing he was hired to do: field a competitive team.

And yes, I was excited when they hired him. My HC wish list after GB was let go was:
Art Briles and DH.

I was in DH's corner until this year. I haven't seen any reason to think he can get the team ready in year five any better than he has in years 1-4.
