Fortunately, the team is concentrating on this weekend's game

That's right, yes? They spent Tuesday and Wedneday, usually critical days for practices, only focusing on the texas aggots, right? Maybe they were playing the aggot milk-man YouTube video for lighthearted bulletin-board material.

Otherwise, their coaches had them completely focused on this Saturday's game, all of the assignments, recognizing schemes with practice squads, etc. They'll go over more on Thursday and Friday some, too, probably reinforcing all their hard work earlier in the week.

I'm sure we had a great practice on Tuesday. I think we would have 6 wins right now if we could play all our games on Tuesday afternoon. Have you ever heard a coach not say we had a great practice on Tuesday.

We'll get that 4 yard curl down someday. How about practicing some goddamn run blocking?

Now now, 99, be fair - it takes a long time, sometimes 4-5 years - to stretch those into 5-yard curls. After all, Rome wasn't curled in a day!

They are not only great, but they get better all the time, each week the Tuesday practice is "the best".:wow:

Goodman still hasn't missed a kick in practice

Last week at halftime, they had Grossnickle out there practicing his punts with Dilallo. Grossnickle was hitting them higher and longer each time. The folks around us were all saying "who is that guy, and why isn't he the regular punter?"

sigh.

Sure we might have some RS guys on the team that could help, but there are guys ahead of them on the depth chart. Hawk was pretty clear a few days ago how this works.

It looks like the talk-show maelstrom has died down quickly enough - a one-and-a-half day frenzy, apparently. Now the team can get back to doing what it does best and welcome Von Miller as he deserves.

Considering DS was ahead of him on the depth chart, and he left, you'd think the freshman would move up, but he's now off the depth chart entirely.
