Very moving stuff. They're at the USAFA today and they had a nice open with shots of Army and Air Force cadets standing silently as Chris Fowler made comments about Veteran's Day and the tragedy of this week. Then three F-16s made a fly-over of the GameDay set. Pretty emotional.

That campus is beautiful, with the chapel standing tall in front of the Rampart Range. God bless all our brave servicemembers and veterans!
 
Yep, very cool stuff, I remember going to that chapel and area when I was about 11 years old, very cool! :thumbsup:

Interesting part of the opening. They recorded bits of all of us cheering before they came on the air. When they announced that there would be an opening statement by Obama the crowd went from loud and excited to dead silent and annoyed. Not making a statement on that, only saying it was interesting to see the mood change
