Buffs have been playing decent at home. NU's D is scary good, but this is a rivalry where anything can happen. I think the buffs are gonna play their hearts out in this one and win a low scoring game.

This is less of a prediction, and more of a scientific calculation.

nebraska 10

The Good Guys in Black and Gold 7

Here's why.

Obviously CU will struggle to score on nebraska's stout defense.

And nebraska struggles to score against anybody's defense.

So neither offense will yield points.

BUT...

Jimmy Smith will score either on special teams or a pick 6. He always does against the huskers.

Similarly nebraska's defense--probably Suh--will find a way (again) to score against Colorado.

We'll go into overtime knotted at 7.

This one will be decided by Henery again. Most of you assume that Goodman will miss, but instead we'll fail to convert an overtime 4th down for the loss.

Book it.

EDIT: For the record, if we lose I'll likely die of a broken heart. I can't take another nebraska loss.

This looks about right but I'll switch the parties:

CU - 3
NU - 2

I have to say, although I will never pick against my Buffs, Suh is the best DT I've seen in College Football for a long, long time. I don't envy Ryan Miller at this point.
