Pretty decent game. Fresno State just went up 28-17 after a pick on a tipped ball. Early 4th quarter.

Looks like heading to OT 28 - 28
I hope we can say we beat the NM Bowl Champions!!

Looks to me the Wyo. Cowboys could be good in a year or two if they can keep their new coach in the fold.

Wow, this game is as good as Wyoming's BCS bowl right now for the program. (Cowboy) Hats off to the program and the fans who made the trip. This is one of the biggest all time football moments for everyone in brown at that stadium tonight, and I sincerely hope they are enjoying every bit of it.

I'm excited too, because this win should jack the quality of the Buffs' win last September. Computer polls, here we come!

Sorry to jinx, Pokes fans.

Great job by the Cowboys!

And it just makes me more frustrated about the season we just had. 3 losses to teams that didn't get bowl eligible or we would have been bowling. Ugh.

Good game - sorry for the WAC loss but a hard fought game-I thought the Pokes were toast. Montana -Villanova was good too!!!

'Nova made a bit of a case that they could move up to 1A. There are issues with facilities and alumni base, but they could be like a Wake Forest in football (very similar). The Big East needs that, too.

Yup. Pretty bleak history for the Cowboys in terms of football. Good to see them get a win. Beating a Pat Hill team is not easy as his kids a pretty well prepared and come to play. This Wyoming Team looked pretty good and now they have something to build on.

I dunno. How much money does he have to work with? His conference is crap. He's no Boise State or TCU (this year) but he puts together a winner. Id take him over you know who.

You would take him over the guy that he could not beat in that crap conference? I am not sure that makes much sense.

In 13 seasons at Fresno (where you can get a lot of kids into school you would not elsewhere), he has never won an outright conference championship and he has only won more than 9 games once. He has had one team finish ranked.

With all due respect Captiain Obvious, its pretty fair to conclude that the data suggesting DH's success at BSU, can be tossed out as a reliable predictor of anything. :smile2:
