OK, so it wasn't the last time I said it. It's all about the conference for me today - I'm so sick of the SEC. Also, living in Austin may have something to do with it too. :bounce:

Fook 'em. Yeah, I want texass to win, but mac brown is a super douche. **** him and **** Pete Carroll too. God dammit, this whole ass pumping show pisses me off.

Hook 'em Horns.
Roll Tide.
Go Buffs.

Is it just me, or does CU's two word salutation lack a certain creativity in comparison?

Wouldn't something more unique set CU above the mundane riff raff that also incorporate the word "Go" as part of their team greating?
Go Big Red. Go Bears. Go Bruins. Go Wolverines. Go Bearkats. Go Bobcats. Go Wildcats. Go Buffs.

Contrast those to Gig 'em Aggs. Soo-eee Pig. Pony Up.

So in defiance of the laws of gravity and many decades of tradition, I'm going to throw out a few suggestions that will fly like a lead blue out.

Stomp 'em Shaggy Cows
Wanna Shag, Buffalo?
Puff 'em Buffs
Booyah Buffs
Shower 'em Golden Buffaloes
Shaft 'em Gold and Silver
Buffalo 'em
Buffalo 'em BnG
Buff This
Buff 'em up
Rock 'em Boulder
CU in Heaven
Pleat 'em Flatiron
Stampede
Tatonka! (obscure Dances with Wolves reference)

god dammit my roomies are gonna be so annoying now that Bama is gonna win. ****ing ****.

My day at work tomorrow is going to suck ass, I told folks not from here that they better wear rubber boots tomorrow if Bama wins because the bull**** will be kneehigh, they are worse than the Nubskers.........

My day at work is going to be freaking awesome. The forecast for tomorrow is blue in the face and zero percent smug.
Me so happy!

How about **** 'em up Buffs?? :smile2:

I'm okay with saying "Go Buffs," but it's the lack of a hand signal that gets at me. When asked if we have the equivalent of a Hookem, all I can come up with is the student section tradition of giving middle fingers. When I'm in a group shot and others start with the Horns or "Guns up" business I typically throw the "303," but wish we could do something that only required one hand. Envy.

I think the hand signal thing is purely Texas, and although I'm Texas HS product and live here now, I'm fine with us not having one.

I've noticed it seems that only Texas schools do this (except Okie Lite rip-off of "Guns Up") and we would just look like copy-cats at this point.

I thought the same thing as aik until I saw TCU's "Horned Frog Fangs Thingy" during the Fiesta Bowl and came to the conclusion that the hand signal thing is gay except Hook 'Em and "Guns Up." Gig 'Em no matter which way you cut it is gay to the INFINITY FACTOR! Can't believe I even considered going to school there a long, long, long time ago. :afraid:
