Scouting Ohio also has video.

According to buffaholic, who was apparently stalking Williams at an airport Taco Bell, he is visiting this weekend.

The unanimous selection to the Big 33 game is something that really stands out to me. I spent a lot of time in Pennsylvania, and I know first-hand that this is BIG TIME. That game pits the top 33 players from Pennsylvania versus the top 33 from Ohio in an all-star game. They play for a lot of pride in that one. Not a typical HS all-star game.

This guy recorded the second highest SPARQ rating at the Ohio Varsity Combine.... tests are 40yd dash, 5-10-5 agility, power ball toss, vertical jump.
Scouting Ohio site lists offers from Eastern Illinois, Akron, Youngstown State, Eastern Michigan and others besides Air Force.

Weird.. are grades an issue? He's a little undersized, but nothing that should be holding him back that much. With how well he tests and the obvious ability on the field, I don't see why we're yet again the only big school that is after him. And as I type that I now recall him having an offer from Air Force which wouldn't be offering if he wasn't a pretty good student. This recruiting season is so odd.

ESPN has his 40 as 4.91 and says he lacks ideal speed. Then he grades out with 2nd highest SPARQ at Ohio Valley combine.

So, we either have a stocky & slow inside linebacker or a speedy linebacker selected for the Big 33 game. Glad the rating services have this all cleared up for us.

In Adam's interview with Justin Torres today, Torres did not mention Williams as being an official visitor.

He was definitely at the airport on Friday so perhaps he was leaving. He was with his Dad and a guy with a CU pullover who was using his credit card to load the kid up at Taco Bell, while talking to his Dad.

Certainly possible that he did a mid-week visit. Who knows, but I would be surprised if he is a part of the class on Wednesday.

proof I'm a stalker here - anyone recognize the staffer on the right with this poor cell-phone camera resolution? Wanted a pic so I'd remember who it was later, but didn't want to be too obvious so had to use my zoom with the Taco Bell menu in the background. At the time I was hoping to discover this guy was a 5-star Ohio State commit.
