Terdema Ussery

If GB burned the program to the ground, then Hack has gathered all the ashes, pissed on them, and had his dogs crap over them.

Hawk reminds me of Milton from Office Space.

Mack Brown moved his office to the basement, now he will burn the building down and walk off with a couple million. We'll find him back in Hawai'i on the beach talking about how awesome those Mai Tai's are.

Nooooooooooooooo!

The hits just keep coming as related to CU's ties with Texas.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

Anyone know why he's leaving? This kind of thing doesn't generally end well.

if he was leaving, wouldn't he just leave? Why say he's coming back in the summer? Sounds more like a personal issue to me.

With Celestine back and Clemons on board, playing time next two years will be tough for Ussery - as it should be. He'll be a JR by then.

I wish Nate well with the surgery. Hope he makes a quick and full recovery. Also hope everything goes well for Ussery, but his absence won't be much of a blow with regard to who's on the field this coming season.

This one can't be spun in a positive manner. What terrible news on an already disappointing day. He won't be eligible for fall right? Unless he takes a lot of classes in the summer maybe?

Most important thing is Terdema. Let's send him some AllBuffs karma and hope to see him back this summer.

Per Kyle Ringo:

CU wide receiver Terdema Ussery is taking a leave of absence from the program but is supposed to return this summer.

He is taking time off from the FOOTBALL PROGRAM. He is not leaving the university. For all we know, he might be doing a study abroad or taking time off to focus on a class that's required for his major that he can't afford to give less than 100% effort. I wouldn't read too much into this until we actually hear something of substance.
