Any word on whether this guy is qualified or not? Assuming he stays at running back and doesnt switch, which he may very well do, we need this guy for short yardage in the least. I know we are gonna throw alot but a little size in the backfield wouldnt hurt.

I don't think we'll know for a while, Luke. At least until after his spring semester grades are in.

Yep. It may also be well into the summer before we know about some guys as well. They might need to take summer classes or other issues arise.

Cool thanks. I searched for some info on him and I think the Ralphie Report said he was an a/b student and had a qualifying score on his ACT I believe. I dont know how accurate that is though?

Justin Torres is another incoming freshmen that could be a short-yardage guy.

In truth, the one person I wouldn't mind being our short-yardage/goal-line guy this season:

Clark Evans

Clark is an interesting thought. He looked very good in the first scrimmage and the guy has size and quicks.

Teach him that Tebow-toss on the fake inside run and have him hit Clemons or Deehan a few times would keep the defense guessing.

That play worked for Tebow but that jump pass was about the gayest play ive ever seen on a football field lol. It worked though so hard to make fun of it.

Gay, straight, asexual, tranny, whatever as long as we score some TDs!
